I learned so much more about marketing and business than I ever thought I would. The scary part? I actually enjoyed learning about the business side of everything.

I consider myself lucky that I was assigned to work with such a friendly, intelligent, funny group of people that always made me feel welcome.
I learned so much in my short 8 weeks. Seeing that I can perhaps make it--and maybe even have a good time--in the “real world” is very comforting for a rising senior in college.

As part of Royall & Company's first-ever intern class, I was offered a behind-the-scenes look at what makes direct marketing successful. While working with people from all levels of the company, I applied what I learned in the classroom to complete projects such as designing fulfillment pieces and writing creative copy for letters and emails. Helping high school students find the right college is a worthy cause, and that's what led me to work at Royall & Company after graduation.
