Pam joined Royall in October 2002 from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she was Chair of the Department of Marketing from 1996 through 2002. Pam previously served on the business faculties of Texas Tech University, University of Calgary, and University of St. Thomas. At Royall & Company, Pam leads University Research Partners and has designed and developed surveys to investigate key recruitment and enrollment issues with college-bound students. More than 500,000 students have been surveyed and many participate in on-going studies through urCompass, a student panel of more than 6,000 current high school students. Pam is one of the instructors for Royall's own Strategic Enrollment Management course and is a frequent speaker at national meetings and conferences. She has a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder, an M.B.A. from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a B.A. from Carleton College.
