Kelley brings over 15 years of hands-on Higher Education data management experience to Royall & Company. Prior to joining Royall & Company in 2007, Kelley served as Director of Professional Services for Nolij Corporation where she planned, coordinated, and led successful project implementations in support of enterprise-wide administrative and enrollment management systems. Prior to Nolij, as Manager for Administrative Systems, Programmers, and Projects for the University of Richmond, Kelley was responsible for managing and supporting the university's administrative software applications and projects including Enrollment Management & Admissions, Student Registration, Financial Aid, Alumni, and Finance. As a seasoned project manager, Kelley leads Royall & Company's Business Project Management Office with a focus on customer service. She leads the Business Information Office responsible for Royall & Company's Data Warehouse and Reporting systems and is responsible for data excellence and the delivery of timely and accurate data to our clients. She is also responsible for optimizing email delivery and ensuring the success of our client email campaigns. Kelley received her Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, Decision Support Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute (Virginia Tech) and her M.B.A. from the University of Richmond with a concentration in leadership.
