As a staffing executive at a Richmond firm, Buni sent many employees to Royall before deciding to join Royall herself. She began in 2000 as an Account Manager, and her marketing knowledge and client relationship skills quickly earned her a promotion to Associate Director of Account Services. Buni was asked to take over a team of her own in 2006, where her excellent leadership skills and marketing insights are being used to guide her clients to success. Buni is an IMI Certified Direct Marketer and graduated from the University of Richmond.
